As a member of the Project team, you will work closely with our Superintendents and site staff to lead crews and oversee daily activities on site.
Responsible for planning, scheduling, setting objectives and controlling activities associated with the operation of the project site during the construction phase
Responsible for initiating, coordinating, directing and evaluating plans, schedules and site personnel
Core responsibilities of working safely, realize client satisfaction, achieve corporate profitability, sustain subcontractor satisfaction and produce employee satisfaction
Lead by example, conduct tool box meetings, daily hazard analysis, monitor site activities, prepare work plan
5 years experience as Foreman or General Foreman
Journeyman Carpenter or Equipment Operator
Experience with concrete and earthworks
Experience with leading crews
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite
Able to work within tight time deadlines
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Builds constructive and effective relationships
